This diploma thesis' objective is to assess the financial situation of the specific company and suggestion the concrete recommendation for the improvement its financial situacion. The first part of the thesis comprises theoretical fundamentals of the financial analysis and introduction the company. The second part represents application of financial analysis methods to assess the financial situation of the specific company. Summary gathers the general financial situation of the specific company and proposals to its improvement.

Bachelor thesis assess a financial healt of the company Autosalon, a.s., in the period from 2005 to 2007 on the basis of selected methods of the financial analysis. Thesis has two main parts, theoretical and practical. In the teoretical part are explained the basic topics and access to financial analysis. The practical part is focused on assessment of a financial situation of the company by means of partial analysis. At the end there are presented overall evaluation of a financial situation of the company and recommendations leading to improvement in problematic areas.

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the possibilities of company funding and the subsequent financial analysis of a selected company. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the possibilities of financing the company. Then analyze the economy of the selected company and create a proposal for the most advantageous possibility of financing their business purpose. The thesis is based on the analysis of financial management. The proposal for the most advantageous financing is created by analyzing bank offers.

Financial analysis of chosen company

The aim of this thesis is to perform the financial analysis of the chosen company, to evaluate its financial state and judge the main inefficiencies with respect to the company focus. The theoretical part firstly explains the procedures of financial analysis. First step of the practical part was ac-quiring the input data for financial analysis in the form of financial statements for accounting period from 2010 to 2014. In the practical part, vertical and horizontal analysis of the balance sheet, analysis of differential indi-cators, ratio analysis and profit decomposition were done. Altman analysis was used for total interpretation of the company financial state. Financial analysis results were compared with the recommended values and the values of the industry. From the results evaluation it is seen that the selected company is in a good financial state. No sources of inefficiencies that would endanger the operation of the company were found.

Financial analysis of the company

The aim of this thesis is performing the financial analysis in choosen company, evaluate financial health of the company and evaluate the main source of inefficiency with regard to the focus of the company. Into the theoretical part is focused on basic concepts and used methods for easier understanding of the practical part. The practical part is focused on the application of methods of financial analysis to data published by BENEA, s. r. o. in period from 2010 to 2014. At first is performed horizontal and vertical analysis. Next steps are: analysis of diferential indicators, ratio analysis, Du Pont decomposition, decomposition of operating cost and in the end of practical part is solved Altman´s model Z-score and index IN05. The results of financial analysis of the company is evalueted positively, because are better then the results of branch and are in recommanded values.
